2007-05-01 - The Skye Group and Cheri Media Group Enter Definitive Agreement
The Skye Group announced today that it had reached an agreement with Cheri Media Group, a company that owns and operates music sites including HipHopDX.com, for the sale of certain assets of Roughstock, a leading country music site. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but Cheri Media is expected to expand and update the site significantly as it integrates Roughstock into its operations. The agreement is expected to close during Q2 2007.
